CLICK HERE TO GO TO THE YOGIC SELF-ASSESSMENT OUTLINE

This list was started to provide a tool for the people who started to work with the Yogic Self-awareness Assessment PDF, which can be downloaded here. Looking at this PDF you might be overwhelmed by all the concepts, as you may not know all of them: that’s the reason why I started this list! Looking up one word at the time will slowly make you familiar with these concepts and learn to witness them within yourself. Knowing them all will make the Yogic Self-awareness Assessment PDF a wonderful tool in your sadhana.

This part of the website is not meant to be a mere intellectual study of words, which may be useful, but will not help you so much in your practice. The understanding and practical application of the concepts indicated by the words is what is most useful to those who want to practice and gain direct experience.

I am aware that this list is not complete, nor is the content related to each entry. This part of the website is meant to be continually expanding and evolving. The goal is to provide as much insight as I can, rather than to compile a complete list. It is not my intent to present myself as a scholar, but to use my own experience in a way that may lovingly serve those who walk with me on the path of Yoga, Vedanta and the Samaya Sri Vidya Tantra of the Himalayan meditation masters.

In loving service
Swami Ma Tripurashakti (Ma Tripura)
